Where the Commission has reasonable grounds to believe that a person has engaged in a prohibited conduct, the Commission may in accordance with Section 119 (1) of
the Fair Trading Commission 2022, (FTA, 2022), issue a compliance notice in the prescribed form to the person. In order to verify that the requirements of the compliance notice served have been satisfied, the Commission conducts visit to verify compliance.
