The Fair Trading Commission (the Commission) is empowered under Section 6 (2) (b) of the Fair Trading Commission 2022, (FTA, 2022), to carry out investigations into the conduct of enterprises as it may consider necessary to detect and prevent prohibited conduct.Investigations may derive from Tip-offs, which may be referred to MS by other Departments or authorities, or may be initiated by the Commission.
